How it works

The whole product is one loop: a member, verified, describes a need; the engine finds its mirror; both sides agree to an introduction; they talk privately. Zilli stays outside whatever they arrange.

01

Create your request

A request has two halves. What you have: the currency, the country it is available in, an optional city, an amount or a range, and when. What you need: the same, on the other side of the corridor.

You can say an exact figure, a minimum, a maximum, a range, or that you are flexible. Requests expire after 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, whichever you choose, so nothing stale is left sitting in the network.

02

Find a complementary member

The engine compares your request against every active one on the opposite side of the corridor. It checks four things and scores each: do the amounts overlap in both directions, do the locations invert, do the timings meet, is the currency the same.

Verified members are shown first. Every match comes with a plain-language explanation of why it is a match.

03

Connect privately

Either member can request an introduction. The other is told only that a verified member appears to have a complementary request. They accept, decline, or report.

If they accept, a private connection opens and messaging becomes available. Contact details are shared only if and when each of you chooses to share them.

What a match actually means

Compatibility is a description, not an endorsement.

A match compatibility figure, say 97%, says that two requests line up closely on amount, location, timing, and currency. That is all it says.

It is not a credit score. It is not a risk rating. It is not a judgement about a person, and it is not a prediction that anything will go well. Two members with a 97% match still have to decide, entirely for themselves, whether they want to deal with each other.

The score is computed by ordinary application logic, not by a language model, and the same two requests always produce the same figure.

Where Zilli stops

Once two members are connected, they arrange whatever they arrange, directly, between themselves. Zilli is not part of it. We do not hold anything, we do not pass anything along, we do not verify that anything happened, and we do not guarantee any outcome.

You can mark a connection complete, which adds one to a count on each of your profiles. That records that you both consider yourselves finished with each other. It is not a statement about money, and the platform has no way to check it.

If something goes wrong, report it. A person reviews every report, and we can restrict or suspend an account. What we cannot do is recover anything, because we never had it. Please read Risk & Safety before you connect with anyone.
